About Event

No Retail Women in Tech is bringing its community to Retail Technology Show 2026 for two days of meaningful conversation, fresh ideas, and valuable connection with women leaders and allies across retail and technology.

The best teams are built together. The best customer journeys are built together. And the retail industry we want to work in for the next decade will be built the same way - by the women and men doing the work, side by side.

This is a working session, not a panel. One hour, one room, one real conversation about what it takes to build stronger teams, better customer journeys, and a more inclusive industry - with the leaders and allies who are already doing it.

Presented by Retail Women in Tech and The Social Executive Network, with featured voices:

  • Linda Johansen-James - CEO & Founder, International Retail Group; Publisher, International Retail Magazine

  • Renee Hartmann - Founder, CLA

  • Ryan Holm - DVP of Retail Innovation & Operations, Helzberg Diamonds

  • Lisa Hoslter - Founder, Parker Joe, A Boy’s World

Why this conversation, now.

Today's consumers have more information than ever - but more information hasn't produced more confidence. Building journeys that actually convert takes thoughtful leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the right mix of insight, technology, and human understanding. None of that gets built by one group alone.

What we'll work through together:

  • Cutting information overload so customers decide with confidence

  • Personalising the journey at scale - what data and technology actually deliver

  • The barriers still facing women moving into senior leadership, and what genuinely moves the needle

  • What allyship looks like in practice, not performance - and what co-building asks of everyone in the room

  • The mentorship and sponsorship relationships that actually shape leadership journeys

  • The leadership qualities that will define the next era of retail tech

Space is capped and seats fill fast. Register early to hold yours.
